Warranty

Warranty & Repair: Enjoy peace of mind with our 24-month warranty and 5* customer service. Our team is here to assist with tent maintenance and spares and offer repair advice.

All Bell Tent Boutique tents come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers manufacturing issues such as stitching, missing parts and waterproofing. Any product or any component of the product found to be defective or missing will be repaired to working order or replaced with the same or similar model at the discretion of Bell Tent Boutique LTD without charge, at our expense 

This warranty does not extend to the poles or zippers as these can often be misused.

Our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect, It does not cover for damage caused by wear and tear or adverse weather conditions. It is recommended that tents should not be pitched or left up in wind speeds above 30mph (pre-galle force). In these circumstances, replacement parts are available in our shop.

The Bell Tent Boutique warranty is not transferable. The warranty does not cover professional and long term use, our tents are designed for leisure camping and our warranty specifically covers leisure camping use. For tents that are erected semi-permenantly we will cover manufacturing defects for the length of the warranty. Our warranty does not cover mould or mildew as we have no control over the conditions the tent is left up in or how it has been stored. If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.  The warranty is provided by Bell Tent Boutique LTD and this policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. This does not affect your statutory rights

Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 working days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.

*Certain UK remote postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge. If applicable, we will contact you after your order is placed before dispatch to confirm the additional cost.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! 

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable VAT, import taxes, or duties are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

All taxes and duties are paid upfront at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery for most destinations

Additional Notes

  • We book all eligible UK mainland orders on a next working day service when placed before 2pm Monday–Friday. While we dispatch promptly, delivery times are dependent on the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • If your delivery is delayed beyond 7 working days (UK) or outside the estimated delivery window (international), we will contact you with an update.
  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Payment & Delivery Address Policy

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the payment card used must be registered to the billing address provided at checkout.

We are able to ship to residential home addresses or verified business/work addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, shops, serviced apartments, or temporary accommodation addresses.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If changes are required, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again with the correct details.
